Founder and Spanish teacher
When I was young, I lived in many different places in Spain. This made me a very sociable and adventurous person. I love to travel and meet different people and learn about different cultures. For this reason, I graduated in Art History and studied for a Masters in Cultural Industries.
After some twists and turns in life, several years ago I arrived in Malta, the Mediterranean island where I discovered my passion for teaching and where I currently live. I started teaching Spanish to my friends and I felt that I had something to contribute to other people. I realized that I really enjoyed watching them learn a little more every day. In fact, I liked it so much that I decided to embark upon a professional career in this field, obtaining a master's degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language.
Ever since then, I've totally dedicated myself to my students. It is very rewarding to witness their progress and help them achieve their personal and professional goals every day.
When the pandemic hit the world in 2020, I decided to turn the way I was teaching Spanish on its head and adapt to the new digital enviroment. After study and research, I created Río Spanish School - Malta. Thus, my students were able to continue their learning process through adapted teaching materials. Nowadays, we have a team of professional, experienced and native teachers.
Over the years, we have known and worked on different teaching methods, until we came to the conclusion that there is no one method that suits everyone. Therefore, when meeting and getting to know you, our goal is to adapt all our knowledge to your personal circumstances and your way of learning.
Dozens of students from all over the world have already learned Spanish with us. What about you?
Are you ready to learn Spanish?

"When I was little, I used to imagine that I had students and I was teaching languages to them. Since I was so in love with languages, I decided to enroll and complete a degree in Spanish Philology, obtaining the results that allowed me to access the Master's Studies of teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. And that's thankfully the way it went!
Since then, I'm lucky enough to work in my vocational profession: I've been teaching students of different nationalities and ages: kids, teens and adults. I find so much joy in teaching!
Also, it's very important for me
to keep myself up to date with all the new learning trends and materials, so I can adapt to any situation and to my student's needs."
